Contact and Order Support
Amazon is the only place a Little Giant order can be touched, so anything attached to a purchase belongs there. Everything else about the incubators is already written up on the homepage.
Order questions
Amazon Holds the Order
Pull the order up from your Amazon history and the agent reading it can see the receipt, the tracking number and the seller before you finish typing. That single screen resolves nearly every buyer question. Routing the same message elsewhere just throws the evidence away. What goes there:
- Tracking, delivery dates and a late shipment
- Refunds, replacements and return labels
- Charges, billing and payment methods
- An incubator that arrived cracked or damaged
- A turner, rail set or manual missing from the carton
- A repair, a warranty claim or a dispute with the seller
Warranty claims travel the same route. On an incubator that turned up faulty, a replacement normally lands sooner than any repair would, and a hatch in progress cannot wait.
Incubator questions
The Equipment Is Documented Here
Two questions come up more than any others. Why does the display keep moving, and which rails fit quail eggs? A moving reading is the heater cycling, which is normal. Quail need the 6302 rails, because the standard 6300 cups are sized for chicken eggs.
- Temperature, humidity and capacity
- Still air or circulated air
- Which model to choose
- Setup, turning and lockdown
- Turners, rails and accessories
- Full FAQ
Check the model number before ordering an accessory. The 11500 already includes the 6300 turner, and the 9500 needs the fan and heater kit before it runs as a circulated-air incubator.
Who builds it
Miller Manufacturing Company
2915 Commers Drive, Suite 100Eagan, MN 55121
USA
Miller Manufacturing has produced the Little Giant range since 1941 and is part of Frandsen Corporation. This address identifies the manufacturer, not a support desk for an Amazon order. A message sent there moves slower than the same request opened on your order.
About this website
littlegiantincubator.com covers the Little Giant range of digital egg incubators, automatic egg turners, quail rails and incubation accessories. Running costs come from the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, where a qualifying purchase pays a small commission here and the buyer pays nothing extra for it. This domain deliberately carries no phone number and no support mailbox, because Amazon holds the order and this site does not.
Questions about these pages, rather than about an order, reach us at the address published in this domain's WHOIS record.
